Seville's rooftop view that isn't the cathedral

Everyone lines up for the Giralda tower. Instead, cross the river to Triana at sunset, or climb the wooden walkways of the Metropol Parasol ("Las Setas") in the old center for a 360° view over the rooftops. The entry includes an evening pass on some tickets; the terrace gets windy, so bring a layer. Afterwards, the streets around Calle Regina fill up with locals for drinks.
